Photo Vanessa Simmons.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Fromagerie Nouvelle France dominated Caseus S\u00e9lection 2014, the prestigious competition for Quebec cheese producers which concluded September 16 with announcement of winners in Qu\u00e9bec City.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>Nouvelle France&#8217;s Zacharie Cloutier, a sheep&#8217;s milk cheese, was named Grand Champion as well as Gold Award winner.
