Says Ivy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I will be blindfolding the city&#8217;s top cheesemongers and testing their palates. Afrim Pristine of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheeseboutique.com\/\">Cheese Boutique<\/a>, Cole Snell of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aboutcheese.ca\/index.php\">About Cheese<\/a> and Michael Simpson of <a href=\"http:\/\/leslievillecheese.com\/\">Leslieville Cheese Markets<\/a> will pit their talents against each other and the cheese<\/p>\n<p>Cole Snell will be on hand-pulling fresh Ontario Buffalo Mozzarella. Jameson Irish Whiskey will be pouring shots to be taken with cheese chasers for the Name That Shot contest and the cheesemakers of Quebec are sending five award-winning cheeses for you to taste, thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fromageduquebec.qc.ca\/en\/\">Plaisirs Gourmets<\/a>.
