It’s Video Wednesday again!<\/strong><\/p>\n We take you to the Eastern Townships of Qu\u00e9bec to visit Fromagerie La Station de Compton<\/a>, an organic farmstead cheese producer best known for its award-winning Alfred Le Fermier<\/a>. The clip is a tad promotional at the beginning but it does provides a nice introduction to the fourth generation of the Bolduc family, their 170-hectare farm, their 70 Holstein cows and their delicious cheeses.<\/strong><\/p>\n Cheese educator Julia Rogers of Cheese Culture<\/a> toured the cheesemaking operation for Le Gourmet TV<\/a>.
